Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle a range of apartment and property maintenance tasks on-site at our Tempe properties. You will collaborate with the maintenance supervisor to ensure high standards of curb appeal and resident service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year in property management or related maintenance. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and preventative maintenance, while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds as needed.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, door/lock repair, tile repair.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including painting, lighting, sprinkler, elevator and more.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction and safety.
