Regular onsite attendance is required, with a strong emphasis on resident satisfaction and reliable service. Qualifications include a high school diploma, basic computer skills for on-site software, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests promptly.
• Perform maintenance and cosmetic tasks per schedule.
• Maintain pool and chemical logs.
• Keep a safe, clean, and organized maintenance shop.
• Assist with on-call emergencies.
• Document service requests and comply with OSHA standards.
