Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs to standards.
• Execute the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and coordinating supplies.
• Access and obtain materials from the maintenance department, track inventory, and notify when re-orders are needed.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, perform cleaning, painting, and curb/signage upkeep as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing when possible and using tools correctly.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call as required.
