Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety codes
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and schedule vendors
• Track inventory, handle supplies, and document work orders
• Maintain grounds, clean common areas, and assist in painting curbside and signage
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when appropriate
• Be flexible with schedule and on-call duties
