Job summary

Ambling Property Investments seeks an experienced maintenance professional to perform various maintenance tasks at our apartment community. The role involves general supervision and the completion of preventative maintenance, responsibility for emergency maintenance, and interaction with outside contractors.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and basic computer skills. We appreciate a current HVAC certification and offer a full-time work schedule.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate literacy in English including reading.
• Six months to a year of related experience and/or training.
• Valid State Issued Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance checks.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
• Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service responses.
