Job summary

KETTLER is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs in apartments and buildings, addressing resident service requests with urgency and professionalism.

The role involves HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair duties, preventive maintenance, and turnover work to ready units for market release. Strong customer service and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of apartment/hotel or facilities maintenance experience.
• HVAC, appliance, electrical and plumbing repair knowledge.
• Must have a valid driver2s license and live within 30 minutes of the property.
• Excellent customer service with timely and accurate responses.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies, nights and weekends on a rotation.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple residential service requests daily.
• Respond to maintenance requests for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair; troubleshoot and repair or escalate as needed.
• Participate in all maintenance projects.
• Prepare vacant units for market readiness through turnover repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all systems at the property.
• Perform general repairs of property grounds, apartments, and building exteriors.
• Provide courteous, responsive service to residents and document work orders promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
