Job summary

Gross Residential is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day preventative maintenance, respond to service requests and prepare units for turnover. You will work as part of a maintenance team across residential buildings, focusing on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include basic repairs, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and upkeep of interior/exterior spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience as an apartment maintenance technician.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities
