Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Northstone Apartments property. The role involves preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include on-site work orders, turn events, grounds upkeep, pool chemical logs, and safety compliance. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required to use on-site software.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair turns and scheduling.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and keep the property safe.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and follow safety guidelines.
