Qualifikationen

• Minimum One Year of Apartment Maintenance
• Technical/other training
• Valid Driver’s License
• AC Certification I and II
• Criminal History Record Check may be required
• Drug screening may be required

Aufgaben

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests for service and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Prepares vacant homes for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections and creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and inspecting work.
• Tracks materials and tools from the maintenance department and notifies supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting curbs and signage, and removing debris.
• Supports cost-saving by fixing rather than replacing parts and using resources efficiently.
