Job summary

Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to handle resident service requests and preventative maintenance. You will manage the make-ready process for vacant units, schedule vendors, and ensure supplies are stocked while maintaining documentation for work orders.

Role requires Minimum One Year of Apartment Maintenance, Technical training, and HVAC certification. A valid driver’s license and on-site work are expected, with opportunities to contribute to cost-saving

Technical/other training
HVAC Certification / HVAC tools familiarity

Responsibilities

Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service and preventative maintenance.
Completes the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins.
Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, from the property’s maintenance department.
Completes documentation and other paperwork to document and track service requests.
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleaning and painting as needed.
Supports cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
Perform Preventative Maintenance.
Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.
