Capstone Management is seeking a capable Apartment Maintenance technician to handle resident service requests and preventative maintenance across the community. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and ensure compliance with safety standards and codes.

You will also manage make-ready tasks for vacants, coordinate with vendors, and maintain inventory and records. The role requires a valid driver’s license, AC certification L and II, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• Technical or other training relevant to the role.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance per policy and code.
• Make-ready apartments by inspecting, drafting punch lists, and coordinating with vendors.
• Track inventory, request reorders, and document material usage.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, perform cleaning and painting tasks as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when possible.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.
• Promote a positive image for Capstone Management.
