Job summary

Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking an apartment maintenance technician to manage work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for new residents. You will coordinate with vendors, maintain inventory, and document tasks to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• One year of apartment maintenance experience required.
• Technical or other training is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• AC Certification I and II required.
• Criminal history check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance following safety standards.
• Make-ready prep for vacant units, punch list creation, vendor scheduling.
• Access materials and track inventory, notifying re-order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost control by repairing instead of replacing parts when possible.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.
