Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience performing apartment maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs in accordance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventive maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and new move-ins by completing pre-move-out inspections and creating punch lists.
• Coordinate access to materials, supplies, equipment, and tools from the maintenance department and track usage.
• Document service requests clearly for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Be flexible with schedule and on-call duties.
