Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interior and exterior buildings, grounds, and common areas in top condition. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and complete work orders promptly to meet safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and inspect work.
• Fix rather than replace when possible to control costs.
• Track inventory and notify supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Maintain documentation for service requests and inspections.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA training are followed.
