Windsor Communities seeks an Apartment Service Tech II for Platform 14 in Hillsboro, OR. The role covers plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry with on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in multifamily residential or similar maintenance.
• Familiarity with building safety systems (fire sprinklers/alarms).
• Ability to use smart devices and property software to track work orders.
• Proficient with hand and power tools for repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair apartment interiors and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, painting, and carpentry tasks.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekends.
• Use building management software to document work and track status.
• Support safety systems and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Contribute to exceptional service to residents and teammates.

Apartment Service Tech II | Platform 14 - Hillsboro, OR

Platform 14 is a mid-rise style community consisting of 177 apartment homes.

Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday schedule. Available to be on call.

Compensation

Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.

Hourly: Starting at $22.02 - $27.53 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.

Annual Starting Comp: $45,801 - $57,262.

Summary

Must have intermediate competency with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Prior multi-family apartment maintenance industry experience is a plus. Must be available to be part of a rotating on call schedule for after hours and weekend emergency response.

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance.
• Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms).
• Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion.
• Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools.
