Hourly: Starting at $25.53- $31.91 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $53,102 - $66,372.
Must have intermediate competency with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Prior multi-family apartment maintenance industry experience is a plus. Must be available to be part of a rotating on call schedule for after hours and weekend emergency response.
