Ability to use smart devices and property software to track work orders.

Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair apartment interiors and common areas.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, painting, and carpentry tasks.
Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekends.
Use building management software to document work and track status.
Support safety systems and ensure compliance with building codes.
