Windsor Communities seeks an Apartment Service Tech II for Platform 14 in Hillsboro, OR. Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting, and carpentry across a 177-unit community, with rotating on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• Intermediate competency with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting and carpentry.
• Prior multi-family apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Must be available for rotating on-call schedule for after hours and weekend emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry tasks across apartments and common areas.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative maintenance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours emergency response.
