Job summary

Advanced Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Tech in Las Vegas, NV. You will perform diverse maintenance tasks to enhance property value and safety, assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in all aspects of building upkeep and safety programs.

The role requires basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related skills, with duties including responding to requests promptly and maintaining clear communications with residents and managers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Vendor relations and preventative maintenance knowledge across appliance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, painting and drywall.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance to preserve property value and safety.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor in all maintenance phases.
• Follow preventive maintenance programs and safety standards.
• Handle maintenance requests promptly, typically within 24 hours.
• Order parts and communicate with Manager and Residents about delays.
• Maintain knowledge of gas/electric shutoffs and safety protocols.
