Job summary

Brookfield Properties' The Met Las Vegas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the on-site team. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work and machinery maintenance while delivering excellent resident service.

Requirements: 1–2 years in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property; HS Diploma/GED; English fluency; may require a valid driver’s license; weekends possible.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• HS Diploma/GED; higher education may offset.
• HVAC certification preferred; Electrical or Plumbing certifications optional.

Responsibilities

• HVAC: repairs, cleans, replaces parts and maintains systems.
• Plumbing: repairs, replace parts, install sinks, toilets, faucets.
• Carpentry: repairs and installs doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.
• Painting: drywall/plaster repairs, painting.
• Electrical/Appliance: lighting, wiring, power circuits, switches, lamps.
• Machinery: repair and maintain chillers, belts, pumps, fans, etc.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
