Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Las Vegas team. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in running apartment communities with focus on safety, quality upkeep, and guest-ready units.

Responsibilities include grounds maintenance, unit turnover, and timely completion of work orders; this role requires reliability, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to respond to emergencies after hours. Competitive pay and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, tile and carpet installation and repair, door repair, appliance repair, locks, concrete, masonry, roofing, fencing, custodial items, carpentry, and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Overall maintenance of the community and grounds area.
• Turnover work in vacant units (painting, maintenance, etc.)
• Completing work requests in a timely manner.
• Keeping curb appeal at its highest level and maintaining common areas.
