Job summary

Brookfield Properties in Denver is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service residential properties. You will work with a team to perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical tasks and equipment maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable operations and responsive resident service.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in commercial or multi-unit residential settings, a high school diploma or GED, and relevant certifications where possible.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma/GED required; 3–4 years can offset.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• HVAC repairs, cleaning, and replacements.
• Repair and install plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Carpentry tasks: doors, shelves, countertops, locks.
• Paint walls and drywall/plaster repairs.
• Electrical tasks: lighting, wiring, switches.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
