Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property teams in Henderson, NV. The role focuses on daily repair and upkeep of buildings and grounds, and on preparing vacant units for occupancy.

You will maintain tools and supplies, operate hand and power tools, and follow OSHA safety standards. Candidates should have property maintenance/handyman experience, with basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant unit prep for occupancy.
• Maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain the required property uniform for a professional appearance.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure the maintenance shop at close of each workday.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary; handle lock-outs from evictions and 24-hour service requests.
