Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall and other systems.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate repairs.
• Perform basic HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance when qualified.
• Complete preventive maintenance and property inspections.
• Assist with make-readies, unit turns, and punch-list items.
• Repair or replace fixtures, hardware, appliances, and other components.
• Communicate maintenance updates with property management teams.
