LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Las Vegas to support an apartment community. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical and machinery maintenance while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in commercial or multi‑unit housing, a high school diploma or GED, and preferred HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certifications. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of experience in commercial property or multi‑unit residential property.
• High School Diploma or GED; higher education counts toward experience.
• HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required; English communication skills essential.

Aufgaben

• HVAC repairs, cleaning, and replacement as needed.
• Plumbing repairs and part replacements; install sinks/toilets/faucets.
• Carpentry work: doors, shelves, countertops, locks.
• Painting and drywall/plaster repairs; overall property upkeep.
• Electrical work: lighting, wiring, switches, and outlets.
• Maintain machinery: chillers, belts, pumps, fans.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Other duties as assigned; weekend work possible.
