Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring for a Full-time Maintenance Technician at Breckenridge Apartments in Fairborn, OH. Schedule is 8:30-5:30, Monday to Friday, with on-call every 3rd week and a $100 on-call bonus plus emergencies paid after 1.5 hours.

Compensation ranges from $18-$21 per hour with quarterly bonuses up to $750. Benefits include various insurance options, tuition reimbursement, tool reimbursements, PTO, and rental discounts after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred.
• 6+ months experience in apartment maintenance.
• Basic drywall, painting, carpentry experience.
• Plumbing and electrical experience.
• EPA Universal Certification a plus.
• CPO Certification a plus.
• Working knowledge of appliances (washers/dryers).
• Ability to demonstrate basic job duties during interview.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Turn and make units ready between tenant occupancy.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC.
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed.
• Assist in grounds maintenance and snow removal.
• Cover a 24/7 emergency on-call system.

POSITION: Full-time Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
