Job summary

The Francis in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve and improve the property’s functionality and curb appeal. You will diagnose and repair issues across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, and pools, while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include completing service requests within 24 hours, answering after-hours emergencies, and assisting in preparing apartments for new residents under Arqline standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years related experience in maintenance.
• HVAC certification required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and interior spaces for safe, functional living environments.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly, including 24-hour emergencies as needed.
