Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities in Charlotte, NC. You will diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general carpentry to keep units and common areas in top condition.

Responsibilities include completing requests within 24 hours, responding to 24-hour emergencies, preparing apartments for new residents, and maintaining safety standards while following Arqline standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification is required; pool maintenance not required but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and respond to 24-hour emergency calls.
• Prepare apartments for new residents promptly and maintain curb appeal.
• Perform routine property grounds maintenance and ensure safety compliance with company standards.
• Assist in record-keeping and follow supervisor directions for safety procedures.
