Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Park Avenue West Apartments in Mansfield, OH. This on-site, full-time role involves preparing vacant units, handling on-site maintenance calls, and performing preventative tasks to keep the property in excellent condition.

The position requires about 40 hours weekly with an on-call rotation and carries a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and tuition

Qualifications

• EPA or HVAC certification preferred.
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants.
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications.
• At least 40 hours per week.
• On-call rotation every other week (bonus $100).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Get apartments ready in between residents and respond to on-site maintenance requests.
• Perform on-site maintenance calls and preventative maintenance as needed.

We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Park Avenue West Apartments! The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

• Pay of $24.00-$26.00
• PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
