Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for Sedona Ridge Apartments in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time, on-site role offers pay of $21.50 to $22.50 per hour plus quarterly bonuses and a robust benefits package.

You will complete work orders, prep units between residents, perform painting and drywall repair, handle exterior maintenance, and participate in a rotating 24/7 emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ Years of experience in maintenance or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in apartment maintenance.
• Drywalling experience, including painting and carpentry.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, sweating copper pipe preferred.
• Some knowledge of water heaters, both electric and gas.
• Basic repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals.
• Have good verbal and written communication.
• Problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.

Responsabilités

Apartment Maintenance Technician | Albuquerque, NM | Full-Time | On-Site Multi-Family Housing | Pay: $21.50 - $22.50 per hour + Bonus

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Sedona Ridge Apartments in Albuquerque. We are offering up to $23/hrs plus $750 quarterly bonuses, health insurance, tool reimbursement, 2 weeks of paid time off, and 9 paid holidays.

Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
