Job summary

JT Solution Partners Inc. is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to perform repairs and preventive maintenance across facilities in Columbus, OH. You will handle plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, and general handyman tasks in a Monday–Friday schedule, 8–5.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, own tools, and be able to pass a drug test and background check. Reliable transportation and prompt availability are required to start immediately.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
• Replacing carpets and wooden floors.
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches.
• Installing appliances.
• Drywall repairs and painting.
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
