Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Vantage Point Apartments in Little Rock, AR. This role focuses on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repairs, painting, and general upkeep to keep units move-in ready.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience.
• HVAC-Boiler/EPA/CPO certifications preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical repairs, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall & painting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests quickly and efficiently.
• Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents.
• Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances.
• Interior/exterior painting and repairs.
• Maintain grounds and common areas.
• Conduct preventative maintenance.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 2 weeks).

Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Vantage Point Apartments located on Rebsamen Park Road in Little Rock. What You’ll Get:

• $19.00–$21.00 Per Hour DOE
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
• On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
• HVAC-Boiler/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
• Working knowledge of:
• Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
• Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
• Appliance repair
• Carpentry, drywall & painting
• Water heater systems (gas & electric)
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
• Availability: Monday–Friday, 8AM – 5PM + on-call rotation
