Job summary

Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Park Meadows Apartments in Waite Park, MN. The role focuses on maintenance, make-ready units, and preventative tasks in a 360-unit community.

You will perform interior/exterior repairs, painting, grounds maintenance, and participate in an on-call rotation. Minimum 1+ year maintenance experience and EPA/CPO certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience.
• HVAC-Boiler/EPA/CPO certifications preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests quickly and efficiently.
• Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents.
• Interior/exterior painting and repairs.
• Maintain grounds and common areas.
• Conduct preventative maintenance.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 2 weeks).

Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Park Meadows Apartments, a 360-unit community in Waite Park. What You’ll Get:

• $22.00–$25.00 Per Hour DOE
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
• On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

What You’ll Be Doing:

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
• HVAC-Boiler/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
• Working knowledge of:
  • Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
  • Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
  • Appliance repair
  • Carpentry, drywall & painting
  • Water heater systems (gas & electric)
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
  • Availability: Monday–Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM or 9AM to 5PM + on-call rotation
