Job summary

Monarch is seeking a Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician for Forest Hills Apartments in Wilmington, NC. You will handle day-to-day maintenance requests, perform repairs, and support the overall upkeep of the community.

HVAC experience is preferred and paid EPA certification training is provided. This role includes a robust benefits package and an on-call rotation.

Monarch is looking for a Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join the team at Forest Hills Apartments in Wilmington, NC.

We’ve been in the property management business for more than 30 years and operate communities across 26 states. We believe in taking care of our properties, our residents, and the people who work for us.

• $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Quarterly maintenance bonuses up to $3,000 per year
• $100 weekly on-call bonus when on call
• Minimum 1.5 hours of pay for any on-call service call
• $50 major holiday on-call bonus per day worked
• 401(k) with pre-tax contributions and 3% company match
