Community Housing Partners Corporation is looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join the team in Hopewell, VA at their Kippax Place property!

If you have at least 2 years of maintenance experience or electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC experience, and a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, CHP wants to hear from you!

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will enjoy:

• Schedule: When not on call, typical hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break. There is a rotating on-call schedule shared amongst the maintenance technicians in which you will be on call 24/7. (No constant nights or weekend)

Essential duties/responsibilities:

No two days are exactly alike! You’ll use your maintenance experience to keep apartment homes safe, comfortable, and running smoothly.

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other building systems.
• Complete maintenance work orders and respond to resident requests.
