Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring an Apartment HVAC Tech for a full-time, day-shift role in Omaha, NE. You will support multiple nearby properties with routinized HVAC work and a predictable daily schedule.

Pay ranges from $28.00 to $35.00 per hour, with potential bonuses throughout the year and on-call incentives. Benefits include quarterly bonuses up to $750, 401k match up to $4,000, health/dental/vision coverage, paid holidays, PTO (80 hours first year, increased with tenure),

Qualifications

• EPA and HVAC certification required or preferred.
• Basics in electrical and plumbing helpful.
• Willingness to assist with general maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace and pm HVAC systems.
• Painting/Staining interior and exterior surfaces.
• Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program.
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed.
• Cover a 24/7 emergency cell phone on rotation.
• Snow removal when applicable.
• Housing inspection experience preferred but not required.

HIRING – Apartment HVAC Tech Full Time (Day Shift)

You'll support a small group of nearby properties, all within a tight radius, with predictable daily routes and consistent HVAC work.

PAY: $28.00 to $35.00 an hour plus up to $3,000+ in bonuses throughout the year!

BONUSES POTENTIAL: Up to $750 quarterly bonuses (based on site performance)

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (80hrs paid time off 1st year, paid holidays)

Some shared on-call responsibilities (bonuses and extra paid-time for emergencies)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Repair, replace and pm HVAC systems
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
• Snow removal (when applicable)
• Housing inspection experience preferred (not required)

• HVAC repair
• HVAC troubleshooting
• EPA and HVAC certification
• Basic electrical
• Basic plumbing
• Ability to assist with general maintenance when needed

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete job duties will be required during the interview process.

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening.
