Job summary

Monarch is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician for Rolling Hills Apartments in Lapeer, MI. You will maintain HVAC systems and perform general upkeep to ensure resident comfort and property appearance.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Rolling Hills Apartments in Lapeer, Michigan.

Your day-to-day:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
• Respond to work orders and resident service requests
• Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
• Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 2 weeks
• Snow removal when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• EPA certification preferred
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:

• $21/Hour
• Annual salary increases
• Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
• On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
