Monarch Investment And Management Group is hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician for Lakecrest Apartments in St. Joseph, Michigan.

The role involves troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general maintenance to keep a 376-unit property in top condition. Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent (we can train you!)
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Knowledge of plumbing
• Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

We are looking for a full time - year round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lakecrest Apartments in St. Joseph, Michigan. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 5 weeks to give you a great work life balance!
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!
