Job summary

The Yarco Companies is seeking a maintenance professional to support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in Hamilton, OH. This safety-sensitive role maintains residential apartment homes, public spaces, grounds, and equipment, ensuring property upkeep and readiness of units for new tenants.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of residential maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pool certification preferred; HVAC certification and boiler certification preferred if appropriate.
• One year maintenance experience in residential property.

Responsibilities

• Property appearance and upkeep; daily inspections of the community.
• Appliance maintenance; diagnose and repair minor failures to HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Make ready; bring units to market-ready condition per company standards; some painting may be required.
• Maintain laundry rooms to company guidelines.
• Pool maintenance (if applicable): daily chemical inspections, maintenance and cleaning to meet city codes and company standards.
• Provide customer service to ensure resident satisfaction and be available for on-call emergencies.
• Perform other duties as needed.
