Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Loveland, CO to assist with on-site maintenance across our properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, support make-ready processes, and respond to resident requests to maintain high-quality communities.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills, with familiarity of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist in carrying out on-site maintenance tasks including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic work.
• Support make-ready process under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain orderly maintenance shop and follow safety standards.
• Perform pool maintenance, chemical logs, and safety inspections.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and record-keeping of service requests and work progress.
