• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing, including inspections and scheduling contractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory and requests replenishment through the maintenance department.
• Performs general cleaning, painting, and grounds upkeep as needed.
• Supports cost-saving practices by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible.
• Willing to work flexible schedules and be on-call.
