Job summary

You will handle inventory, schedule vendors, document work orders, and keep common areas clean while supporting cost-saving practices. A valid driver’s license, HVAC certs, and EPA certification are required; on-call flexibility and a criminal history check accompany the offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• Technical or other training in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Make-ready process for vacant apartments including pre-move-out inspection and punch lists.
• Access materials from maintenance, track inventory, and notify re-ordering needs.
• Complete documentation for service requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and basic painting.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.
• Promote a positive image of the apartment community and management company.
