CWS Apartment Homes in Houston, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to enhance community integrity while delivering exceptional customer service. You will interact with residents, guests, and team members to keep our properties safe and well-maintained.

The role covers make-ready units, completing service requests, preventive maintenance, inventory control, and safety programs. A valid driver’s license, basic tools, and EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications are required, with English communication

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• 1 year of apartment maintenance or related trade experience required.
• EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Own basic set of hand tools required.
• Able to read service requests and communicate in English.
• Able to travel to locations and respond to emergencies.

• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
