Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain heating and hot water systems across our residential properties. You will work under the Site Manager, coordinating daily tasks and ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires prior apartment maintenance experience, and duties include equipment maintenance, unit turnover, and reporting issues to the Site Manager. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds are necessary.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE PRIOR APARTMENT MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation and continuous hot water. Inspect control equipment for faults and perform preventive maintenance.
• Perform apartment maintenance and repairs, and turnover of units including furniture removal.
• Follow Site Manager directions, report health or safety issues promptly, and document work orders.
