AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support our 4230 Fairway Coyote Ridge community in Carrollton. You will perform routine repairs, respond to resident requests, and help keep units market-ready.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of maintenance experience and proficiency in two trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay, bonuses, and on-site housing options where available.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation for emergencies.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist teammates.
• Complete basic apartment turns to ready for move-in.
• Perform resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance.
• May train other technicians and support skill development.
