CWS Apartment Homes is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Director to blend hands-on maintenance with strong leadership. You will manage service requests, lead a maintenance team, and ensure safety and quality across properties.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in apartment maintenance with HVAC, EPA/CPO certifications, and valid driver's license. You will travel within assignments and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• Yardi software experience (preferred).
• EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications (required).
• Minimum 1-2 years previous full-time work experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade (required).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance (required).
• Own a basic set of hand tools (required).
• Able to read service requests, schedules, and communicate in English with team members, residents, and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Assist with leading maintenance team.
• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management Program and Safety Programs.
