CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead a maintenance team across residential communities. You will manage service orders, train staff, and ensure preventive maintenance while maintaining resident satisfaction and adherence to safety programs.

The role requires supervisory experience, HVAC certifications, and proficiency with Yardi, Microsoft Office, and field operations. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications required.
• 2–4 years previous full-time work in apartment maintenance or related trades.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.
• Read service requests and schedules; communicate in English; basic computer skills.
• Able to travel within metropolitan areas and respond to emergencies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance team members.
• Embrace, engage, motivate and train team members.
• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Lead preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Lead and participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
