Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Huntsville, AL properties. Lead the maintenance team, manage work orders, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance across buildings and common areas.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency with property management tools such as Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite. On-site role with day-to-day site operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams (1–3 years).
• Familiarity with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and oversee Make Ready processes.
• Review work orders, diagnose issues, and perform or direct repairs.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant properties; manage budgets.
