The role emphasizes cost control, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination, with a focus on high service standards and resident satisfaction.

A high school diploma and experience in apartment maintenance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in multi-family properties.
• Ability to plan preventative maintenance and manage budgets.
• Strong vendor coordination and service delivery orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and manage onboarding and evaluations.
• Diagnose defects, perform repairs, and manage work orders.
• Inspect work for quality, safety, and compliance with policies.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate supplies within budget.
• Support safety meetings and ensure proper reporting.
• Resolve resident concerns and communicate maintenance plans.
