Fiduciary Real Estate Development seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for The Seasons at Spring Street in Mount Pleasant, WI. This full-time role oversees maintenance, grounds, and cleaning tasks, ensuring properties meet company standards and market readiness.

You will handle service requests, coordinate with vendors and construction teams, and contribute to budgeting and inventory management. EPA certification is required; CPO is a plus.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on repair knowledge across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and exteriors.
• Commitment to customer service and resident retention.
• Experience delegating and mentoring staff; input into budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Property Manager by delegating tasks to maintenance, grounds, and cleaning teams.
• Work with vendors, warranties and construction/development teams during construction.
• Address service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and market-ready condition.
• Communicate unresolved issues to Property Manager for resolution.
• Perform on-call emergency repairs in rotation.
• Assist with annual budget input and capital project bids.
